To formalize the vehicle rental, a refundable deposit must be paid. Its amount is determined by the vehicle type and rental duration. This deposit covers possible damage, traffic fines, outstanding charges or breaches of contract.
The deposit will be refunded after the vehicle has been checked and the absence of fines or additional charges has been confirmed.
All vehicles are delivered fully clean, sanitized and in excellent working condition. The renter agrees to return the vehicle in the same condition of cleanliness and presentation.
If the vehicle is returned with excessive dirt, stains, mud, sand or other elements, an additional cleaning and conditioning charge will apply.
The vehicle will be delivered with a full tank and must be returned in the same condition.
If the fuel level is lower on return, the missing fuel will be charged at the rates in force at that time.
Throughout the rental period, the renter is responsible for the use, custody and care of the vehicle. Any damage, defect, loss, accident or incident will be assumed by the renter, except where covered by the contracted insurance.
The vehicle may only be used for authorized purposes. Its use in competitions, on unauthorized roads or in activities that could risk its mechanical or aesthetic integrity is strictly prohibited.
The renter must return the vehicle on the agreed date, time and place, in the same condition in which it was delivered: clean, with a full tank, without structural or mechanical damage and with all its accessories.
Any missing or damaged item will be charged at its current replacement value.
At delivery and return, the owner and renter will jointly inspect the vehicle and record its general condition, fuel level and mileage.
This record will serve as evidence in case of later discrepancies.
